This was from the middle eastern grocery store we visited in Paterson. It was very doughy, but not hard to eat at all. I would rate it an 8/10.

We tried this at a Grocery Store in Paterson. It is a spice blend called Za’atar that is spread on pita. When I tried it, I thought it tasted a lot like a barbecue seasoning, which I did not expect. I would rate it an 8/10.
