We ate palestinian food in class. In the photo there is stuffed grape leaves, falafel, pita bread, and an eggplant spread. My favorite dish out of these was the stuffed grape leaves. They were stuffed with rice inside, and I thought that the texture was interesting and it tasted citrusy and sweet. I would recommend all of the food that was on this plate. I thought that the taste was different, but in a good way. In all of the dishes there is a variety of texture and tastes, which make this cuisine unique.
