Pelmeni

On the smart board, in the photo above, you will see that there is this food called Pelmeni. Pelmeni are Russian/Ukrainian dumplings that have meat inside of them. They are really easy to make and could be found in almost any Russian/Ukrainian store. Unlike normal dumplings, these you boil in a pot and you eat them with sour cream, and some eat them with vinegar.
