After sampling many different Russian snacks, the class concluded our day with some refreshing ice cream. The ice cream came individually packaged in a colorful packet with many flavours to choose from. Although Dadu ice cream was created after the USSR the cold treat reflected the ice cream made there. When biting into the caramel ice cream I choose, I found the ice cream to be super rich and creamy in flavour. The cone was soft unlike cones I have seen before but it complimented the ice cream very well. Overall I’d give this ice cream a 10/10.
