Falafel is a ball of goodness that is a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine. Typically falafel is made of ground chickpeas that are fried with a mixture of spices. This picture was taken by Mrs. Thuzar and, clearly, Katharine and I are enjoying dipping our falafel in some hummus (that’s a lot of chickpeas). Overall. I enjoyed the falafel and I think it’s a filling and delicious food.
