These corn puffs are light, airy, and have a flavor that can only be described as delicately sweet. The flavor is close to sweet vanilla with a hint of corn and the texture is that of a cheeto puff. Personally, I think that the aftertaste hints at a banana flavor but that might just be due to the light yellow-beige color of the corn puff which is similar to the color of a banana.
